"Professional and straight forward"

The technician arrived right at the beginning of our window, offered to cover his shoes and was very straight forward about possible costs, which I liked. The problem, which has been going on for so long, was diagnosed and fixed in well under an hour. I mentioned several other issues in the house and he patiently addressed all of them, offering an estimate for one problem that we aren't ready to address. Pricing was fair and he provided his information and a coupon for future work.

On March 13, 2018 Mark Connor installed several panel breakers and checked the rough in work that I completed. I was most impressed. He took the time to teach, explain, and then completed his work efficiently and ahead of schedule. Mark was polite, friendly, and thoughtful (for example he offered to enter our home through the garage or back door to avoid tracking any dirt into the house). He clarified carefully the scope of the job and brought to my attention a few issues that needed clarification. The bill was presented cleanly and accurately, without any surprises. Mark's work is another example of the craftsmanship I have come to appreciate from Martella Electric. Thanks Mark for a job well done!
