I contacted Martella via its web form late one afternoon and received a call first thing the next morning. They gave me the date and time of service I requested and the technician was on time, professional, and extremely helpful. Rectified the situation right away (blown AC outlet) and explained things thoroughly. Overall a great experience, but perhaps a bit pricey. I thought the $69 dispatch fee was a bit too much.

Andrew not only installed a new switch, but took the time to walk me through the ins and outs of circuit box as well as answering a few questions I had about smoke detectors. Great service efficiently done in a personable manner & what more could you ask for? Very pleased to be in their service area because they really know their stuff.
