I called about an outlet not working. Although the technician was prompt and resolved my issue in a quick manner it seemed quite over priced! I called to speak with the owner to voice my concerns. He called me back and we had a very good conversation. He understood my concerns and not only did he reduce the price for me, he seemed to truly care and was very nice to speak with. The work done was great. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and resolved the issue quickly however it was the owner who set things right for me and proved this is a good company that I would use again.
