"Decent service."I called the company. They set an appt for a week later. The tech arrived early: I had 9am, he had 8am and got here 7:30am. But, I'd rather he be early than late. He was very personable and seemed to know what he was doing. He has fixed our problem. I appreciate the 3 year warranty on repairs. The only surprise was: The girl in the office told me about the $69 "service dispatch fee" which I understand. However, there was also a "diagnostic fee" which sounds like another added charge but may really be parts and labor. Not sure. I would use this company again.- Bruce M
