"Professional and straight forward"The technician arrived right at the beginning of our window, offered to cover his shoes and was very straight forward about possible costs, which I liked. The problem, which has been going on for so long, was diagnosed and fixed in well under an hour. I mentioned several other issues in the house and he patiently addressed all of them, offering an estimate for one problem that we aren't ready to address.
