I have spent my entire career working in HR, and so bring a different perspective in assessing service.We asked Mark to install under counter lights in our kitchen where the counter top and back splash had been recently updated to quartz and subway tile.He walked us through our options and helped us envision how dramatic the change would be if we implemented the more expensive option.At first we were hesitant butwe trusted his advice and were absolutely delighted that we did! We are very pleased with the finalresult! Part of the reason we trusted him is that with this job, as with other work we have had him perform in the past, he exhibits a pride of workmanship and care that in my experience is not often seen.

Mark was very prompt, courteous, works quickly, and was proactive in finding out what we needed to be done. For those who are worried about having work piled on that runs up the bill, don't worry with these guys, they don't do that. It cost a little more than I was expecting, but, as he explained, they don't go cheap on their materials, you pay a little more, but get a 3 year guarantee, as opposed to other outfits that give you 1 year. There are certain things that you don't want to go cheap on, especially electrical work. He volunteered information about potential fire hazards at the house that was eye opening. From beginning to end, customer service, to the estimate, to the work itself, it was professional and I would use them again.
