The problem, which has been going on for so long, was diagnosed and fixed in well under an hour. I mentioned several other issues in the house and he patiently addressed all of them, offering an estimate for one problem that we aren't ready to address. The phone representative advised me that no appointments were available for the day, but if a technician finished early, she would call me back. I was relieved when the representative called back to say a tech would be at my home by 1:30 pm. Andrew was polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem, but finding the needed part was difficult.Andrew made numerous calls and finally located the part, had it overnighted to his office and returned the next day to install it.
