"Decent service."I called the company. They set an appt for a week later. The tech arrived early: I had 9am, he had 8am and got here 7:30am. But, I'd rather he be early than late. He was very personable and seemed to know what he was doing. He has fixed our problem. I appreciate the 3 year warranty on repairs. The only surprise was: The girl in the office told me about the $69 "service dispatch fee" which I understand. However, there was also a "diagnostic fee" which sounds like another added charge but may really be parts and labor. Not sure. I would use this company again.- Bruce M

"The work done was great!"I called about an outlet not working. Although the technician was prompt and resolved my issue in a quick manner it seemed quite over priced! I called to speak with the owner to voice my concerns. He called me back and we had a very good conversation. He understood my concerns and not only did he reduce the price for me, he seemed to truly care and was very nice to speak with. The work done was great. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and resolved the issue quickly however it was the owner who set things right for me and proved this is a good company that I would use again.- Jason S.
